Once I had posted my paperwork back to the society a member of staff phoned me to confirm receipt and to reiterate the terms and conditions of the new bond I had chosen. My new passbook was then posted back to me within a couple of days. Overall this may be summed up as prompt, courteous and efficient service. Reviewed on: 27th April 2021

Excellent service

My husband and I visited the Wigston branch this morning as I wanted to open a 5 & 2 year bond. The cashier was very friendly, explained the bonds further and advised my pass books would be posted to me. I've just received an email to say that they have been posted and will be with me soon. I came away from the branch feeling very pleased with how we were treated, the lady was lovely which really makes a difference - so appreciate such kind service! Very poor customer service

Using the Covid pandemic to drastically reduce service to existing customers. In my case, impossible to make any sort of contact regarding the death of my mother. Though most retail financial institutions are adopting similar tactics, there are a few which react to their clients in a business-like manner.
