Very quick, polite and comprehensive service

A long time customer of H&RBS, I went in today with a view to adjusting my account portfolio to optimise the earnings in my savings. The advice I received was polite, succinct yet comprehensive and I quickly opened the account I needed. Very good service indeed. Reviewed on: 11th October 2022

Friendly, helpful staff at the Nuneaton branch

Called into the Nuneaton branch of the Hinckley and Rugby Building Society's for one of their new Regular Savings Accounts. Not only was the product one of the best in the market but the staff, in particular Jo who served me, were really helpful and made me feel welcolme. What a pity other financial providers don't improve to the same level !!!! Reviewed on: 8th October 2022

Excellent service

Great Staff, friendly local branch

It is still nice in this online day and age to be able to go into your local branch and speak with a human being, knowledgeable in the product who can advise and guide investment. Member of staff I dealt with over the phone and counter was very helpful and made itquick and easy

Was dealing with my father's account as Power of Attornery. We live in London . We were dealt with ease and efficiency. The gentleman we dealt with went above and beyond to help us and make our visit easier than I thought it would be. I couldn't thank him enough Reviewed on: 22nd September 2022
