Very good customer service and so easy to set up savings bond with no nonsense fuss and no appointment needed Reviewed on: 25th September 2019

Simple and efficient

Good interest rates for those who can tie their money up for a while along with great customer service. Made opening an account so easy as everything was explained to me at my initial visit to the office. Good to have local accessible offices with good customer relations. Thank you. Opening an account

Other than the branch being closed (it turned out to be for an audit), when we went the following day the staff were very helpful and professional. very straight forward and everything went as we were told to expect. Reviewed on: 11th September 2019
