Nice but old fashioned

Wanted to change my 120 day notice account to instant access Took along time and was admin heavy Done the same thing with national Building society took 10 mins in branch Having said that the staff were very pleasant Reviewed on: 4th September 2020

New savings account

Good Old-fashioned Bank Account..!

Such a relief to find a savings a/c that l can conduct by post or telephone - also to have real people phone me up to keep me up to date with its progress .. they were most friendly & helpful as well. Back to the good old days - excellent.. Reviewed on: 14th August 2020

Savings bond reinvestment

Process was paper driven when I would have expected an online option. Very disappointing was the method of payment for the final interest on my maturing bond. My choice was a cheque or a £25 charge for a bank transfer. Reviewed on: 14th August 2020
