Help at the Nuneaton Branch

I visited the Nuneaton Branch for advice on applying for an ISA and completing the application form I had downloaded from the internet. Diane was very helpful and friendly and helped me complete the application form and did an electronic identity check while i waited. I was very happy with the whole experience. another bank only offered a low interest rate

Neede an account to place money from a maturity at another bank.offered a regular saver acc by Jo. Went back in to open it with Diane and the service I received was excellent. Friendly staff at all times and nothing is too much Troy for them. Reviewed on: 15th July 2024

EXCELLENT REGULAR SAVINGS ACCOUNT

HAD AN ACCOUNT AT ANOTHER BANK MATURING BUT INTEREST WAS LOW. SPOKE TO JO ABOUT MONTHLY SAVINGS AND SHE TOLD US ABOUT THEIR REGULAR SAVER. WENT IN THE FOLLOWING WEEK AND SPOKE TO DIANE ABOUT AN APPOINTMENT TO OPEN TWO ACCS AND AS THEY WERE QUIET SHE OFFERED TO DO THEM STRAIGHT AWAY. SERVICE FROM THE WHOLE TEAM IN NUNEATON S ALWAYS EXCELLENT. THEY ARE A LOVELY BUNCH OF LADIES. Reviewed on: 15th July 2024

At last..a company that still has the personal touch!

Liam is a star..

I was very anxious having resposibility to put my late daughters money away for my Grandaughters future. I sent off the forms and then got a call from Liam at your Castle Street branch .Never have i been so nicely treated and spoken to by anyone. He is a credit to your building society ,and put me so at ease that i feel i have the trust in Hinckley & Rugby that i made a good choice .I would go as far as to say he is a jewel in your crown .
