I have always found Hinckley & Rugby Building Society to be very accommodating & their onboarding processing is always very efficient,for example I sent them an email requesting an application form for a new account (via their website),the next day I received the application form and related information in the post,it included a prepaid 1st class envelope which I sent off immediately,the next day I received a courtesy phone call & email from Rebecca Wilson advising that my account had been opened & my passbook would be sent out in today's post..... unbelievable efficiency & great customer service. Called in branch to make a deposit. Was offered advice on both my existing, out of date account and the range of new accounts available. Thought about options and called in next day to open new account. The advisor was very helpful and explained things clearly. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2024
