Excellent service - the agent I spoke to was lovely

The lady I spoke to about my renewal policy was lovely. She clearly knew the product very well, offered me an alternative choice of cover and was excellent at her job. She confirmed I had the correct cover to suit my needs and checked how much an excess waiver option would cost me, should I choose to take it .
