Excellent service - the agent I spoke to was lovely

The lady I spoke to about my renewal policy was lovely. She clearly knew the product very well, offered me an alternative choice of cover and was excellent at her job. She confirmed I had the correct cover to suit my needs and checked how much an excess waiver option would cost me, should I choose to take it . Sorted out our holiday insurance in a few clicks. It took about two minutes.we were going for a single trip insurance but decided that an annual one was reasonably priced and as we were going to book a few more holidays it made sense to book it. Reviewed on: 16th November 2024
