I spoke to Michelle to get an insurance quote she was both friendly and helpful giving me options and asking me the right questions to make sure that I had the right cover , was also great at explaining everything, was happy to purchase as I felt I had the correct cover for me . I was given this recommendation Holiday Extras Travel by my friend who is a regular traveller. Having contacted a few travel insurance companies from the Saturday Mail I contacted Holiday Extras and was greeted by Kerry, a very pleasant experience. Kerry was clear and concise with ALL necessary information, repeated when I was unsure, actually sold me the Insurance on ONE phone call. That is not normally achievable.
