Sam (Ginger Beard) dealt with me in reviewing and amending my annual holiday insurance policy. He had outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Problem solved quickly and efficiently

Having had an initial problem during renewing my policy i asked for the manager to ring me. As promised she called and my misunderstanding was resolved quickly and efficiently and the policy renewed. The manager concerned was excellent. Reviewed on: 12th August 2025
