Excellent support when we needed it most

An accident in Jamaica put me in hospital Then when I was eventually fit to fly Holidaysafe arranged our flights only for us to be thwarted by Hurricane Beryl closing the airport and delaying flights. In all we were accommodated in 3 hotels post accident and flown home first class to Heathrow. My car was at Gatwick and a taxi and excess parking charges were paid for. Communications were extremely difficult after the hurricane and Holidasafe staff persevered in supporting throughout and did their best to reassure us and make our ordeal as easy as possible. Our claim was settled quickly and fairly and I would 100% recommend them. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2024
