I like that you have a choice of digital or phoning. They always answer the phone promptly and it doesn't take long to get a quote. They ask what they need to and seem to keep the questions to a minimum, so you feel like you are sharing what they need to know rather than extra information that seems less relevant or personal. I had need to use Holiday Safe in 2024 when I was involved in a motor scooter accident in Hanoi, Vietnam. All of my medical & accommodation needs were sorted out for me and I was repatriated at the end of my treatment. I have traveled a lot over the years and holiday safe is by far the best travel insurance I’ve used. I’ve had to make some claims and the customer service always made it easy and fast. I recommend it to everyone, truly and cannot speak highly enough or it. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2024
