Competitive pricing and good communication

With the major caveat that I've never had to claim, their prices are competitive, and communication is decent too. The system for declaring medical conditions could be clearer; the multiple redundant choices are confusing. But they'll insure you for a reasonable price when others won't, so that counts for something. Reviewed on: 10th October 2025

I spent an afternoon finding insurance company who understood that targetted therapy for cancer is not chemotherapy, but Holidaysafe brough up my medication and gave me an excellent price. Not flown yet and hope I don't need to make a claim. Reviewed on: 10th October 2025
