I received fantastic, very quick customer support every time I needed to get in touch with Holidaysafe. They were friendly and helpful, quick to reply and very clear in telling me what I needed to know. Better Value than Comparison Websites

Every year I do the comparison websites to get an idea of insurance costs. I then look at Tesco, Staysure and Holidaysafe. I always choose the best price to suit my holiday which is invariably HOLIDAYSAFE. Only beaten once in the last 5 years. I like the fact that Holidaysafe ask the actual cost of your holiday unlike the others. The only dislike is, I have to tick the box yes for "Have you stopped smoking for more than 2 years ago" which is the maximum time asked and in my case I stopped smoking almost thirty years ago which I think would reduce the price. Arranging holiday insurance online with Holidaysafe is very straightforward with all questions laid out clearly. On completion of the online process the policy documents are sent through quickly by email and they are comprehensive and easily understood. A very effective and efficient process. I have always used holiday safe for my travel insurance, they are great value for the cover you get and offer different ranges of cover and to add additional cover. I’ve never had to claim on the insurance but have emailed queries before and got a quick response. Reviewed on: 12th July 2024
