I have annual travel insurance yet I keep getting emails about buying travel insurance for the upcoming holiday season! Do they not know that I have an annual policy! Other than that it's great value and comprehensive cover. Reviewed on: 11th July 2024

World wide cover after cardiac issue

I trawled through numerous sites and spoke with a further number of Insurance companies having had a heart attack November 2023 and requiring an annual policy to cover numerous trips worldwide - Holidaysafe was by far the easiest site to 'surf' completion of my application extremely user friendly however utmost the most competitive cover available. Affordable cover for previous mental health disorders

Recommended on MIND website to find cover with a past history of Bipolar Disorder and other Mental Health Disorders.. Offers a range of policies to cover worldwide or European travel, short and longer term trips, and for a wide range of activities. Staff helpful and knowledgeable whenever I have called. I’m a renewer!

Purchased Holidaysafe insurance last year because the price was most competitive for my needs. The website was easy to negotiate. Have just renewed this year after receiving my renewal quote on line. I could not retrieve my quote initially so rang customer service and completed the transaction without a problem. Documents were sent promptly by email. Reviewed on: 11th July 2024

Medical condition, heart failure.

I have an existing medical condition, heart failure. Two operations (stents and then an implantable defibrillator fitted) The questions online were very detailed, much more than other providers and the quotation received and accepted very competitive compared to more expensive quotes from others. I will definitely be using Holidaysafe on my next trip to the USA to see my son and his family. Reviewed on: 11th July 2024

Great prices and service

I have found that the prices, especially for medical conditions, are very good. It is easy to renew a policy once in force and the staff are helpful. I have only had to claim once but it was handled quickly and efficiently with little fuss and the claim was paid in full. Reviewed on: 11th July 2024

My go to choice if you have a pre-existing condition

Easy to apply online. If you are on preventative, long-term medication (as I am) the questions asked of you are sensible and take into consideration various scenarios. I have found the subsequent cost of cover for me very reasonable, compared with other insurers. However, I have never made a claim so cannot comment further. This is why I have given four stars.
