Fantastic Rate

I am disabled and usually have a lot of difficulty when trying to get holiday insurance as it is awkward explaining my disability on the phone. When I phoned I was put through to an excellent person who was very understanding & knowledgeable about what was required. Quick and efficient. Just brilliant!

We went on holiday and my daughter had a checkup at the doctors as had had a problem with sneezing. They advised a scan and found some growth around her nasal cavity with was getting close to her eye. They advised us to get it addressed as quickly as possible. We took her to hospital and I advised HoidaySafe. They were brilliant in the way they handled her case. We were reimbursed really quickly as well which certainly helped as we had some bills for the holiday as well. Can't recommend them highly enough! Reviewed on: 8th July 2024
