We have been with Staysure a number of years. We cannot thankfully review a claim experience but have had excellent customer service when we have needed to amend or change details with our policies. Also with regard to purchasing new policies we feel confident to have paid the most reasonable premiums after person to person conversations with very polite, helpful & informed customer service individuals. Golden Oldies can safely travel abroad

As both in our 80s insurance is no 1 consideration and we found the process easy to complete - luckily we didn’t have to call on your care which we are grateful for but the main thing was we felt 100% safe and covered should anything go wrong - Thank you for allowing us the freedom to travel abroad at our age Reviewed on: 10th July 2026
