First choice

Used for many years. Excellent value. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Excellent service

Being fed up with ever-increasing premiums and excesses as my wife and I moved into our 70's I searched the internet and came across the Holidaysafe website. Quick checks satisfied me that we would have the cover required (we travel abroad up to 4 times a year) and the policy was approved and confirmed very quickly. We have not yet had to make a claim so cannot comment on Holidaysafe's settlement of claims. Reviewed on: 25th September 2017

Putting my mind at rest

Booked insurance through Holiday Safe for a cruise, they made it clear that I had to add the cruise add insurance on to the standard travel insurance to ensure I was covered. A very good price for the cover as I am also type 2 diabetic. Reviewed on: 25th September 2017

They appear to take insurance seriously!

One can only really assess an insurer when one has had a claim and I have not yet had to make a claim on a Holidaysafe insurance policy. However the application process, especially around health issues, seems to me comprehensive and gives a level of confidence in their product. Reviewed on: 24th September 2017

Outstanding Service

I and my wife are over 65 and we find Holidaysafe outstanding to deal with . Apart from a very attractive price when taking out or renewing a policy the staff are so helpful and guide you through in a clear way. Reviewed on: 24th September 2017
