Good customer service.

I took an Insurace cover from Holday safe when I went to Europe in June 2016. The staff I spoke on the phone was very polite, very professional & explained to me some cover that was not very clear to me. I feel I am securely covered with this Company. I am going on holiday again & I chose Holidaysafe Insurance for a 12 months cover. Reviewed on: 25th October 2016

Excellent value for money and customer service

I am innately distrustful of insurance, I always assume there will be loopholes that will prevent payouts for whatever I am claiming for. My holiday insurance with Holidaysafe was so cheap that it was with trepidation that I rung them from the hospital when my son broke his collarbone skiing but found them incredibly helpful, easy to deal with and quick to respond. I know that beause of my age (71) travel insurance becomes more expensive, however after getting quotes from other companies Holidaysafe were the best! Also, I have some pre existing conditions that I needed cover for and the very thorough medical screening interview makes me confident that should anything go wrong I know my wife and I will be covered.
