it was very easy and painless to purchase the insurance we needed online. I later realised that I had forgotten to mention a minor medical problem. I phoned them and explained my mistake. They were very friendly and helpful. they asked a few questions and added the medical history to our file. I expected to have to pay for this cover change, but they said thank you for telling them and there is extra fee. at the age 55 I must say they best and most helpful firm I have ever dealt with. clear, straight forward, honest and excellent value for money Reviewed on: 24th October 2016

The best ever outcome of a holiday insurance claim!

I had to cancel my holiday the day before its was due to start because my travelling companion fell ill. I put in a claim which was dealt with very professionally and the whole process went unbelievably smoothly. Since then I have booked two more holidays and each time I have chosen to go with Holidaysafe again - I didn't even bother getting other quotes by way of comparison since my experience had been so positive. Having heard plenty of stories of bad experiences people have had trying to make a claim I was more than a bit apprehensive as I started the process but thankfully my experience was very different. Each time I received an e-mail saying I would have an update within a certain period of time it happened exactly as promised. The best travel insurance

What an experience looking for travel insurance. I was travelling abroad with the family in August and wanted travel insurance for myself. Browsed the internet for weeks looking for reasonably priced travel insurance due to some medical issues. All that I came across quoted very high prices and it looked like I would never find insurance at a decent price. It was unbelievable when I came across Holidaysafe , even when I had booked the insurance with Holidaysafe I still couldn't believe I had finally got insurance.
