I have purchased several policies with Holidaysafe. They have been easy to deal with, efficient and particularly helpful when there have been queries surrounding medical conditions which may have caused problems and issues with other companies. The online process was simple and straightforward and all options were clear and easy to understand. Even with various medical conditions to declare, the user friendly website was easy to follow and all of the necessary documentation was immediately available in a familiar and manageable format. Having a medical problem, I found these people to be understanding, professional and very helpful. They didn't have an answer there and then; said they would phone back and they did.
