Had insurance with you several times, always a good price and easy application form. Unfortunately on the very first cover I had an accident and had to cancel. this company paid out very quickly and easily. Easy quote process for pre existing conditions

I brought insurance for our family, both myself and partner have pre existing health conditions and I was really impressed with how easy the quote was (you need to know your medication and condition(s) details. We both got cover, it wasn't too expensive and we felt really safe to travel knowing we were covered. Reviewed on: 14th July 2026

Had to make a claim after having to cancel my holiday when diagnosed with cancer and found Holidaysafe both sympathetic and efficient on processing our claim. I found difficulty in sending some documents in the way that Holidaysafe required, but was able to get help from my daughter. Thank you. Reviewed on: 13th July 2026

Safe cover for medical declarations

Took out holiday insurance for a friend with a medical consideration Holidaysafe provided full cover. But the holiday had to be cancelled because of health and a refund was granted for the holiday cost efficiently and promptly.. 100% satisfaction with this company. Will definitely use again.
