Reassuringly quick & efficient from the get go.

So easy and quick to arrange a policy. No additional complications were introduced and the whole experience was totally smooth. Great value for money and a reassuringly complete policy. Competitive pricing and good communication

With the major caveat that I've never had to claim, their prices are competitive, and communication is decent too. The system for declaring medical conditions could be clearer; the multiple redundant choices are confusing. But they'll insure you for a reasonable price when others won't, so that counts for something. Reviewed on: 10th October 2025
