I find Holiday Safe efficient, value for money and understanding my requirements. I recently had a change in my medication and this was dealt with efficiently ,promptly and at no extra cost. My policy is renewable in the Autumn and I will be using Holiday Safe again. Reviewed on: 11th July 2025

Very helpful and nice to be able to speak to a human.

Very helpful and nice to be able to speak to a human being instead of a computer. I needed to upgrade my insurance as my Husband is travelling to Austrailia. Was dealt with promptly and at a very reasonable cost. Have been with Holidaysafe for a few years now and although I have not had to make a claim I have the comfort of knowing I can speak to a person when necessary. Reviewed on: 11th July 2025
