Brilliant Travel Insurance

Bought the holiday insurance online and found it very easy, however I needed to contact customer services to advise on a query,the advisor was excellent and guided me through my query and resolved the issue resulting in a part refund.I contacted customer services again with an update on a health screening, I spoke to Sarah who was very helpful she resolved the query which put my mind at rest so no need to worry. This I would like to say is the best customer service I have ever had from any company I have contacted in the past. Brilliant!!! Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

My claim in 2024 was most professionally and sympathetically handled, and I was able to recover the full cost of the holiday that I was forced to cancel because of a medical problem. My success was certainly due to the support I received from Holidaysafe, despite the time it took to obtain the evidence from the hospital. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025
