Great Experience with Cover for Existing Conditions

I haven’t had extensive dealings with the customer service team, so it’s difficult to fully evaluate that aspect, but the minor interactions I have had were very positive. E.g when I inquired about adding pregnancy coverage to my policy, the representative I spoke to was helpful and reassuring, clearly explaining that additional coverage wasn’t necessary. That kind of clarity and responsiveness made me feel confident in the support offered. One of the main reasons I chose this company is because they were willing to cover some of my existing medical conditions (then conditions have never been an issue but it’s always good to be covered). Other insurers were hesitant or restrictive, so I really appreciated the inclusivity here. It gave me peace of mind when planning my travels, which is ultimately what you want from a travel insurance provider. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025
