They do what it says on the tin.

Well priced and actually do what it says on the tin when something goes wrong. Whilst in Venice, had a problem with return journey. One phone call and they took it on board and sorted everything out. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

SPOT ON we went through a bad experience in tenerife last year. After travelling to this destination in the past we we were traumatised by our experience ,to this day we are not sure what happened. One thing for sure we had our drinks spiked in one of the bars both myself and husband were knocked out cold . Were we hit by an electric scooter who knows.were we attacked who knows all I know was my husband was really badly hurt and thanks to our our Insurance all our worries were squashed they paid the hospital bill without to many awkward questions . they also paid my travel expenses to and from the hospital 100 miles away from where we were staying .Thankfully has nearly fully recovered but I would like to say the chap who dealt with our claim was brilliant. would not hesitate to arrange our travel insurance with them again.
