After contacting other travel insurance companies,I found holiday safe to be much more reasonable in price as my husband has been diagnosed with a terminal condition and I was worried that he wouldn’t be able to obtain travel insurance.The lady we spoke to was very thorough and although a long process was worth it in the end. We have used this company for many years, fortunately not having to make a claim. The on-line proposal form is easy to negotiate and complete. I find Holiday Safe efficient, value for money and understanding my requirements. I recently had a change in my medication and this was dealt with efficiently ,promptly and at no extra cost. My policy is renewable in the Autumn and I will be using Holiday Safe again. Reviewed on: 11th July 2025
