Very helpful and nice to be able to speak to a human being instead of a computer. I needed to upgrade my insurance as my Husband is travelling to Austrailia. Was dealt with promptly and at a very reasonable cost. Have been with Holidaysafe for a few years now and although I have not had to make a claim I have the comfort of knowing I can speak to a person when necessary. Reviewed on: 11th July 2025

Holidaysafe are excellent!

I have used this company for many years now. The cost of insurance with them is very reasonable. You can choose exactly the level of cover you need. The insurance documents are easy to understand. I recommend the annual policy if you take more than one holiday per year. We have unfortunately had to claim on the insurance twice during the years I’ve been insured. On both occasions Holidaysafe have been extremely helpful and co-operative, even dealing with hospital administration on my behalf. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so. Their staff are polite and kind and easy to contact. The whole process is simple and exactly what you hope for in an emergency. This is a company that you can rely on - which is kind of the reason for getting insurance! . Reviewed on: 11th July 2025
