Smooth and Easy

My experience with HSBC has been such that I haven't had to think about it much - which is great. The application to open a business account was straightforward, which isn't always the case as I am a foreigner residing in the UK, and everything functions smoothly. Using the app has been very easy too, and with the first 12 months being free of charge, it's a no-brainer. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

It’s straightforward and feels more secure than a lot of the other app-based business bank accounts. It’s still not got all the features you’d expect available but it’s a new service and everyone I’ve dealt with regarding the account has been very helpful and communicative about the limitations. Opening and managing a bank account has never been easier before. The onboarding process is smooth and automated. It took only 5 minutes to fill in the required information. As soon as I submitted the form then my application has been approved in 5 minutes. I have been using my business account for months and I am very happy to use it.
