I never had any issues and whenever I’ve got any question I go to mobile app and chat with customer service team they resolve any issue I face, the best feature I I like about HSBC’s business is chat option where you chat with customer service and they’ll reach with solution Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

Good and room for improvement

Transactions are processed fast and the app is easy to navigate. Linked with a smart watch is great as it allows instant transactions to be visible. I am looking forward to the app allowing user changes (such as change of address etc because as yet, one has to call to make such changes. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

good for smaller businesses

Easy to set up and use, downside, you cannily have one debit card and also savings accounts do not show on the desktop version. Also annoying that everytime you use it on a desktop you have to authorise on the app. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

Works Perfectly

Having set up my Kinetic account I have had no issues whatsoever. I control everything through the app and have only had to contact the bank once since opening the account. This was due to me forgetting my pin number and there being no facility to check the number through the app. I was unable to use my card for a few days until a reminder turned up by post, but a very minor niggle as it was me that forgot the number.
