Love it!

Putting people back in to banking

Banking with HEYCU is such a pleasure. No more impersonal call centres where you are just another number. When I ring or email HEYCU I receive an individualised, personal response that is so incredibly friendly. This is good, old fashioned banking where the bank knows and values their customers. Having worked in a bank in the past I fully appreciate the genuine care that HEYCU shows to the customers. HEYCU is fantastic for customer care and shines as a beacon that more banks should follow. With them since the beginning

Been with them since the beginning when I had the need of an occasional loan. Now use them for holiday savings etc. and like to think my savings help others in need. No waiting for decisions or money transfers when withdrawing. Staying with them since they opened says it all. Reviewed on: 19th June 2021

Excellent Organisation

They provide a place where people can easily save as part of a like minded group and if needed can borrow at low rates. The credit union has expanded across the area to provide it's excellent service as an option to high interest loans. Reviewed on: 19th June 2021
