A great service.

The service provided by the HEYCU in Withernsea is excellent. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I am kept up to date with latest offers and upcoming meetings and events. The office they work out of is centrally located and easily accessible. I would definitely recommend HEYCU to my family and friends. Reviewed on: 24th August 2021

Fantastic

I have been a member with credit union for well over 10 years now. I have had loans as well as saved with them for Xmas. The loans you borrow are well affordable. And the credit union team in Hull always go above and beyond. Whether it be the loan you have requested paying back ways to save. They have always been fab with me and I always tell people if they want to save or get a loan credit union is the place to be. Reviewed on: 21st August 2021

Convenient, and always a friendly service!

It is always very easy to access my money, by withdrawing cash, or by bank transfer which are arranged very quickly. There are always friendly faces serving at my local branch, and I can also go to other branches. Reviewed on: 21st August 2021

Always there for the community

I have saved with Credit Union for over 15 years now I know if I need them they are there for me. Serving the community at the times they need them, at affordable rates, with realistic payments and honest advice thinking about the customer first rather than what they can sell to you. Great customer service and savings opportunities

HEY is excellent and highly recommended

I’ve been a member since the beginning and have always saved with HEY Credit Union. I have had loans before which really helped me when needed. Excellent accessibility for me from Hull to Driffield. Fair, friendly family banking

I’ve banked and saved with credit union for around 15 years, first in Leeds and now in Hull. Their customer care is excellent and their rates are really reasonable! A great bank with great ethics! Reviewed on: 17th August 2021
