Overall a positive experience

Initial issues in renewing and honouring the “ripe” price guarantee, but has since been rectified. I also had several emails ignored but upon actually liaising with a member of your team, the service was quick and efficient with little issue Reviewed on: 5th September 2024

Insurance claim

Boat fire. Had to make a claim when unexpectedly my boat had a fire whilst I was at work. The battery decided to fail after a number of months and caused a fire. Thankfully another boater called the fire brigade and put the fire out. Insure4boats reviewed the situation and promptly resolved the situation so that I could again stay in my boat.
