Price discrepancy & email blunder but great prices

There was a problem entering the discount code, so we called up instead. It was a bit confusing that the website price wouldn't be acceptable compared to the phone price. However, there was a current promotion which had a higher discount compared to the website discount code I was given. I also didn't receive my insurance policy number for over 1 week because they had got my email address wrong. However, once I called up, this was sorted very quickly. Reviewed on: 12th October 2024

Great value

This is the second year I have used insure for sport. They always give good value for money and have always been available to discuss information on the phone. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Easy to set up, uncomplicated language and format for documents.

I haven’t needed to use the insurance so far so I can’t comment on that. But signing up was really simple and they had all the categories laid out nicely so it didn’t take long, which is great. Reviewed on: 29th July 2023
