Price discrepancy & email blunder but great prices

There was a problem entering the discount code, so we called up instead. It was a bit confusing that the website price wouldn't be acceptable compared to the phone price. However, there was a current promotion which had a higher discount compared to the website discount code I was given. I also didn't receive my insurance policy number for over 1 week because they had got my email address wrong. However, once I called up, this was sorted very quickly. Reviewed on: 12th October 2024

Easy Peasy Sign up

GREAT FOR MICRO BUSINESSES AS WELL AS INDIVIDUALS

I have been looking for insurance as an individual as well as instructor setting up his own business. I actually got to speak to a real person on the phone as well as virtually! As the business started to grow I was able to add insurance for capital items to ensure that my sporting equipment was covered as well. Honestly, there's little else you need from an insurance company than it to be straight forward and reliable. I'm not interested in bells and whistles, fancy gimmicks and sub standard "offers", just a no frills insurance that covers my back, my front, and everything else in between.
