The least hassle

I love insure and go . It takes 5 mins to get , you are then set for a year of holidays , no fuss , no hassle even with a couple of chronic illnesses to add on to the policy . I wish airports and flying were this easy . Reviewed on: 21st July 2019

heard about this company from Martins Money tips. I needed insurance for the older age group as I am now 70. I went to the site and started going through the form. it was very easy to do. There was a list of all the illnesses I would not have to acknowledge on the form. That took a weight off my mind as some companies have reems of questions about health that have to be answered before they give insurance. All my ailments were ok to travel with so I was accepted straight away. I am really happy and would recommend them to friends and family. . I think I will use them from now on as it is so easy. As I required extra insurance because of the length of time I will be away, I had to contact he company. The person I spoke to was very helpful and, phoned me back at a prearranged time, with the price, which I found acceptable. Comparing this price with other companies that did offer this insurance extension. All I can say is the whole experience was quick and easy, the operator understood my needs and explained the policy to me. Reviewed on: 21st July 2019

Superb In Times of Crisis

My friend who had always been fit and healthy but one day whilst on a holiday in Turkey she suddenly had severe seizures. I was petrified as I saw my friend seizuring so violently she had to be rushed for a brain scan. InsurenadGo from the moment I called them were fantastic and their only concern was the welfare of my friend. Their response to the Hospital was rapid which ensured my friend was given the urgent care than she needed instantly. A huge relief. She was in intensive care for 3 days and the insurance company was in frequent contact with me to check on her and ensure she was receiving the care she needed. Even after she was discharged some 5 days later they were still in contact wanting to ensure she was going to be safe travelling home. I cannot praise this company enough for their professional and compassionate stance. They impressed me beyond my expectations and I will remain a loyal customer until I am no longer able to travel. Good value cover

Needed to get travel insurance that would cover pre-existing conditons for a cruise - InsureAndGo provided us with cover despite my wife's high blood pressure, not to expensive either. Will definately use them next time we take a cruise. Reviewed on: 21st July 2019
