Very easy to set up. I have not had to claim though.

Well, I guess you only know how good your insurance is until you've had to claim on it. Then I will find out how quick the phone lines are and how easy it is to make claims etc. However, the setting up of it, and the information surrounding which plan I was most suited to was super clear. I had to contact support, and they were charming. Reviewed on: 1st March 2023

Avoid to buy insurance with this company. Terrible

Avoid to buy an insurance with this company. Terrible. During the process they don’t said that if you have medical treatment the policy will no work. I bought for my son the 2nd of January 2023 an insurance. After I pay he received the policy and confirmation and the first think they said is that : if you have a medical treatment during the pass 2years the policy will not cover you. I call them immediately to cancel it. And the voicemail was the only one that takes my call. I called them again today to cancel and they didn’t refund me the total I paid. They are NOT clear in the process. Obviously if they mention about the medical treatment during the buying process I will NEVER buy it! Hiding information like this is robbery and dishonesty MAKING people buy something that they will not be able to use, specially an insurance when the main thing is to feel secure. I am totally unhappy. And I absolutely don't recommend them. Reviewed on: 4th January 2023

Travel insurance

I was going on holiday earlier this year, looked at other companies however with this company, I was able to arrange it in advance so there was no worry and it was cheap for the duration for my holiday and covered everything I needed Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Good Policy?

Managed to find a policy with enough cover for an expensive holiday and it is reasonably priced compared with others. Let's hope we don't have to use it but if we do I hope there are no hassles. Reviewed on: 26th September 2019
