Avoid to buy insurance with this company. Terrible

Avoid to buy an insurance with this company. Terrible. During the process they don’t said that if you have medical treatment the policy will no work. I bought for my son the 2nd of January 2023 an insurance. After I pay he received the policy and confirmation and the first think they said is that : if you have a medical treatment during the pass 2years the policy will not cover you. I call them immediately to cancel it. And the voicemail was the only one that takes my call. I called them again today to cancel and they didn’t refund me the total I paid. They are NOT clear in the process. Obviously if they mention about the medical treatment during the buying process I will NEVER buy it! Hiding information like this is robbery and dishonesty MAKING people buy something that they will not be able to use, specially an insurance when the main thing is to feel secure. I am totally unhappy. And I absolutely don't recommend them. Reviewed on: 4th January 2023

Travel insurance

I was going on holiday earlier this year, looked at other companies however with this company, I was able to arrange it in advance so there was no worry and it was cheap for the duration for my holiday and covered everything I needed Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Good Policy?

Managed to find a policy with enough cover for an expensive holiday and it is reasonably priced compared with others. Let's hope we don't have to use it but if we do I hope there are no hassles. Reviewed on: 26th September 2019

Easily covered & Exactly what you need at a great price

Have used insureandgo for past 14 years & it remains my first go to site for travel insurance. Provides varied levels of cover that have matched all my different holiday needs from basic to more high end trips. Straightforward & easy to obtain quotes & purchase on line 24/7. Also very helpful & friendly on the phone. Dealt with a claim following a delayed return flight several years ago without any hassle. Would most certainly recommend you try them.
