Disgusting, useless, incompetent

Do not use! I have no words or the time any more for this company! I’ve been a loyal customer and got nothing I’ve had no car since Dec 11th due to a incident one minute they’ve arranged for the car to be fixed and a hire car to have to call them 2 weeks later and find out no one had been sent etc without notifying us!! Not been able to get to work then paying for taxis a lot of back and forth they just pass on to other people don’t reply to emails don’t contact the correct people lazy still today the stress I have gone through!!! Buying a policy from insure the box is simple quick and affordable, they have a 24hr claim line so if you get into an accident you know where to call, they have a live chat room where you can talk to an agent with any problems you have and they would respond in minutes which is helpful.
