Amazing super fast customer service

Transferring my ISA across to them and there have been some complications from the other side. They have been superb in terms of such quick and helpful responses, the platform is excellent and of course it is highly efficient and recommended. Reviewed on: 10th April 2024

Excellent information on the app. Very easy to use and very easy to keep track of how your portfolio develops over time. There is also an incredible choice of ETFs to choose from and it is easy to alter the split of your portfolio. Reviewed on: 10th April 2024

The app itself is great, poor customer service.

The app itself is great with wide choice of investments, easy to use interface and excellent value for money. Their customer service however is very poor. Endless emailing back and forth. I had to repeat the request several times and it felt that I was going in circles. Took days to get the information I need for HMRC tax rebate reporting. Not a problem for ISA investors but SIPP holders be warned. Reviewed on: 10th April 2024
