Low fees and great customer support

I’ve switched to InvestEngine recently from Vanguard. I’ve been a Vanguard customer for 5 years but the introduction of a £4 a month fee for small investors has put me off. InvestEngine’s app has a great design and a wider selection of funds. The platform fees are very competitive and I like that you can set a percentage allocation for your funds when you invest. Their customer service has been great. I tried to sign up with a referral link to get a welcome bonus but didn’t do it correctly. I contacted them and they responded almost immediately and applied the bonus to my account retrospectively. They’ve been so good, I have recommended them to all my family and friends, it’s a shame I didn’t start investing with them sooner! Reviewed on: 1st February 2025
