Easy to get started

I switched to Invest Engine as my previous platform increased their fees. It was very easy to get started and I can navigate my way around the platform without any issues. When I contacted customer service with a query, I received an answer very quickly. Reviewed on: 21st January 2025

pleasing and easy to use platform. Number of ETF's need to increase vastly. Do not like the fact that ETF are not being traded live. Also, the difference is slightly higher, which is not to my liking. Sooner or later, newer fintech platforms will overtake by providing free ETF and stocks trading. Reviewed on: 21st January 2025

I like the clarity & ease of use

ISA Transfer Support Experience

I am very new to invest engine and decided to transfer my existing stocks and shares ISA from MoneyBox to Invest engine as it provided more ETF options as well as better analysis of what I’m invested in. I had an initial issue with the support team when I reached out to ask if someone could make sure I had the correct numbers to transfer the whole account over, as it asks how much you’ve contributed this tax year and last. The first rep was no help at all, and essentially told me what the form was asking but on pushing back, another rep responded and reassured me the whole amount would be transferred and will keep me up to date, which is exactly what I was looking for.
