Invest Engine App usage phenomenal for beginners

I have been using the app for my stock trading and as a beginner, it has been so easy and well layout interface. I once had an issue with my fund deposited on a weekend with hope that it would be invested immediately and my heart was raising like “hard earned money”. As a beginner, I had no idea that stock trading don’t happen on weekends, so I sent a message to the customer service for explanation and immediately I was replied and that ease my mind. Easy, Cost-Efficient Platform

I’ve found InvestEngine to be a very easy and straightforward app to use. The interface is clean and simple, making it quick to check performance or add funds without feeling overwhelmed. Long wait times for SIPP transactions.

Amazing customer service

Im an immigrant, originally from Zimbabwe but i work in UK, i incorrectly did not highlight im a tax resident, so when i opened my account i noticed i cant access ISA account to benefit from the tax advantage associated with it. I found the interface user friendly, customer service had a fast response rate, manage to get the personal information amended, to top it off the customer service person i was having a chat with was able to help explain which ETF to choose considering it was my first time and i wanted a QQQ ETF that had a uk equivalent, i was helped im happy and every month i invest on a regular basis.
