Minimal cost and user friendly

Very easy to set up, good fund selection, transparent fees - and zero on the account fee! App is user friendly, and I appreciate that it seems built to be checked infrequently, so as not to encourage an unhealthy level of obsessing over minor portfolio fluctuations, which could lead to negative trading decisions Reviewed on: 14th January 2025

Poor customer service but decent returns

IE asked for personal information years after I had joined and their staff were quite insistent and rude about the need for it and lacked the qualities for good customer service. Reviewed on: 14th January 2025

Great platform

It's a very smooth experience, I particularly like the fact that I can set portfolio weights for different ETFs and then automatically invest my savings according to those weights. Features like rebalancing the portfolio are excellent at supporting this. I have a DIY portfolio so I pay no platform fees at all, which you can't beat. Finally it's very easy to see information about different ETFs and make considered choices on that basis. Reviewed on: 14th January 2025

The app has made investing so simple

The app has made investing so simple and ive watched my small monthly contributions grow steadily above any savings account. The savings plan and autoinvest allow my to simply forget about my investments as its all automated and periodically check back and see how they have grown. Reviewed on: 14th January 2025

Highly recommended for cautious people like myself

I've been meaning to invest in the stock market for a while. I was only interested in investing in Index funds and after doing some research It seemed the best platform for what I intended to do was Invest Engine. I have only invested a small amount so far but the platform makes it very easy to see what you're doing. I will be adding to my stock and shares portfolio each month this year. I find Invest Engine an easy way to not get carried away with the market as they don't push things on you, so you can take it easy and figure out your own investment strategy. The only thing frustrating is I wish I knew of this platform before the other sites i used previously. I haven't encountered any issues over the past 6 months since using the platform so I can't vouch for how good the customer service is but to be honest the platform is easy enough that in my opinion that's a win that I haven't needed to speak to them. Recommended by my sensible brother!

I was recommended to open an invest engine account by my brother in order to get a better return on my savings. Although I had to keep submitting documents so could be varied, I found it all fairly straightforward. Reviewed on: 14th January 2025
