Perfect for first-time entry into investment

Perfect for first-time entry into investment. Good range of robo-invest options at reasonable fees, and solid ETF range for those that want to pick and choose. The ETF only format is more straightforward and less risky than picking individual stocks. No phone CS option but prompt and responsive over web. Some complaints on their forums about long transaction times but no such issues myself, and the passive long-term nature of ETF investment isn't dependent on timing the market, so not major issue.
