Good,simple and quite basic platform.

Not very intuitive otherwise good and very simple.Why not invested cash seating in ISA doesn’t pay any yield?Very cheap,almost no costs.Simple app does the job. Reviewed on: 8th April 2025

Intuitive user experience and good customer service

The app is well designed and user experience is intuitive. The front page info provided on ETFs is very useful for transparent decision making in comparison to competitors; particularly the full market performance history and companies listed with the funds. Customer service is very helpful and prompt with no pressure tactics employed when I was looking to transfer my ISA. If the range of ETFs offered was equal to other services this would be the become my preferred option for ISA investment. Reviewed on: 12th February 2024
