So, Basically I applied for the jaja credit card during the application process they want my id for identification but I didn’t have any id that time so i just closed the Tab and when I try to open my application there was no such option how to proceed to next step and then I called the Jaja customer service the lady was so polite and professional she guided me on phone and help me out till the end of my application.
