I’ve been using my Jaja credit card for a while now and honestly I’ve never had any issues with it. The app is really easy to use, everything is clear and straightforward, and I always know exactly what I’ve spent and when payments are due. The app is great, very easy to use and self explanatory. I think the offers and rewards are a great incentive and JaJa offer competitive APR rates. I’ve not had to use customer service so I cannot comment on that, but over all really happy with my experience so far. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
