Pay money to lose money!

Pay money to lose money! The rate of return has been lacklustre... the markets have been rough, sure, but my TWRR is still in the negative. Nutmeg won't get a positive review from me until they either give me a positive TWRR or they refund me the fees during months they lost me money. Doubt either will happen any time soon!
