Terrible customer service

Was comparing nutmeg against the likes of Wealthify and moneyfarm. Where wealthify had all the info I needed, having asked a chat operator for their performance and general queries, I wasn't given any relevant information and was essentially hung up on during the chat. Having restarted a chat session, I was told that unless I opened an account, they couldn't tell me anything else. Very unhelpful, stay clear of this one!! Reviewed on: 5th February 2018
