Makes investments easy, safe with top customer service

Nutmeg brings pensions, ISA’s and investments to the 21st century. Through Nutmeg’s transparent, and accessible web-site, app and service model, it has provided me a way to engage and maximise my interest in saving and investment like never before. It heightened my awareness of the importance of investment for my retirement. Nutmeg’s customer service is responsive and helpful, and their communication is regular, and insightful. Easy to use, easy to understand

Nutmeg is a great company. Their stocks and shares ISA is quick and easy to use through the app. It gives lots of detail about where the money is invested and their monthly video updates help me learn more about investing and the economy in general. Couldnt ask for anything more

I have dealt with a couple of other managers and have been frustrated with slow reply times and a general lack of transparency on the performance of my investments. So far, with Nutmeg, it’s been only positive, everybody helpful and always somebody available for you, and of course up to date updates on my investment as well. The transparency in fees is another big plus and is something that has always annoyed me with other firms. Overall: couldn’t ask for much more! Reviewed on: 9th April 2021
