Tried to open a SIPP and have to give up

Tried to open a SIPP using the link from Chase app. I went through the setup which downloaded and opened the Nutmeg app. This got stuck in a loop between the Chase app & Nutmeg app. I made many attempts to resolve this but the customer service was useless so eventually gave up. Not easy to change bank account

Dealing with customer service is through nu-emails, which is not really user friendly. Also, it is really difficult to change the bank account linked to the Nutmeg account Reviewed on: 10th March 2025
